A current year membership and current year horse competition registration are required for points to accumulate. All points and achievements are recorded on a one horse one rider combination. A complete show record for each horse competition registration number will be maintained for every year that the horse is registered and earns points. Membership and registration with NOHSA are considered agreement to comply with NOHSA official rules. The official NOHSA Handbook can be downloaded at www.NOHSA.net. Youth is an individual 18 years of age and under as of January 1 of the current show year.
