Entries
All entries for NOHSA World Championship classes must be submitted and paid for no later
than August 22 at 11:59 p.m. (CST) to avoid post entry fees. Entries must be submitted on the
official online entry form and once an entry is received by the office it is considered official.
Online entries will become available on July 1 at www.nohsa.net. Each horse and exhibitor
combination must qualify in at least one class in order to enter in qualifying classes. Exhibitors
will receive an email confirming payment and receipt of entries upon submission. NOHSA offers the subsequent entry deadline of 6:00 p.m. the night before the class (accepted at the show office) with a post entry fee of $15.00.

Scratches & Refunds
Entries may be scratched or substituted up to 11:59 p.m. (CST) on August 27 for no cost.
Exhibitors will be responsible for payment of entry fees for classes that are scratched after
the August 27 deadline. Substitutions and class changes after August 27 will be subject to
post-entry fees.
All stall purchases will be considered final as of 11:59 p.m. (CST) on August 27.
Any requests for a refund after the deadline must be submitted in writing through
the official Refund Request form, which is available on the NOHSA website, prior to the
conclusion of the show (11:59 p.m. on September 13). All requests will be reviewed on a
case-by-case basis by the World Show Committee following the conclusion of the NOHSA
World Championship Show.
Stall Reservations
All horses entered and shown at the NOHSA World Championship Show must have a paid stall or pay the applicable tie-out fee. Stalls purchased before 11:59 p.m. (CST) on August 27 will be available at the horse show rate of $115.00 per stall. All stalls are assigned on a first come, first paid basis. Reservations after August 27 will incur an additional $15.00 late fee per stall or tie-out. Please note that any additions or changes to stall reservations made after this date are not guaranteed to be placed with your original group. Each stall purchase includes three (3) complimentary bags of shavings. Additional shavings may be purchased on-site directly from the facility. Outside shavings will not be permitted.

Health Papers
All horses are required to check in with the facility upon arrival. Horses traveling from out
of state are required to have a negative EIA test (Coggins) within the past 12 months and an
original Health Certificate within 30 days of the opening date of the show, September 10.
Stalling Group
One group name must be designated each stalling group. Accuracy of information pertaining
to the stalling group is the responsibility of the exhibitor. Exhibitors that incorrectly
identify their stalling group are not guaranteed to be stalled in their desired location.
Stalling Location
Stalling preference cannot be guaranteed. Priority stalling will be given to sponsors, by
level and date sponsorship payment was received. Sponsorship payment must be received
by NOHSA no later than August 27 in order to receive stalling perks.
Stalls will be pre-assigned and must be reserved and paid before assignment.
Stall
reservations will not be considered complete until payment has been received and will be
subject to the appropriate fees based on the date payment is received.
Stall assignments will be released on September 4.
Arrivals & Departures
Move-in begins on Wednesday, September 9 at 8:00 a.m. Early arrival may be purchased
with your stall reservation before the stall reservation deadline of August 27 for an additional
$45 fee per horse. Early arrivals
may arrive on Tuesday, September 8 after 4:00 p.m. Arenas will not be available to early
arrivals until move-in begins on Thursday, September 4 at 8:00 a.m.
Horses must be removed from the facility by 11:59 a.m. on Monday, September 14.
Feed & Bedding
Advanced bedding and hay reservations of 20 or more can be preordered through C Bar
C Expo Center at (765) 720-3251. Orders smaller than 20 should be made in-person on the
show grounds.
Qualifying
Qualification is achieved on a class-by-class basis through participation in each class at open horse shows throughout the qualifying period of August 2 to August 1.
Each exhibitor and horse combination must qualify in at least one class to participate in NOHSA World Championship Show qualifying classes.
Each horse and exhibitor combination will be required to participate in the corresponding class at three separate eligible events within the qualifying period to qualify in that class category.
Eligible Events
Open horse show class results from shows that also offer classes sanctioned by a national
equine organization are not eligible for submission. These include, but are not limited to,
any shows that offer classes approved by: AQHA, ABRA, APHA, ApHC, ARHA, FEI, IBHA,
NBHA, NCHA, NRCHA, NRHA, NSBA,PHBA, POAC, PtHA. This does not apply to results
submitted from 4-H, FFA, local, state or regional organizations hosting open horse shows.
Shows held by the same show management in the same location on consecutive days will
count as one event. The number of judges or showbills for a single event will not affect eligibility.
Submitting Results
Exhibitors must submit a complete Exhibitor Results Report within 30 days of the date the results were earned for their participation to count toward qualifying.
Exhibitors must hold a current NOHSA Membership and horses must hold a current NOHSA Competition Registration on the day of submission for a completed Exhibitor Results Report to count toward qualifying.
Exhibitor Results Reports that are incomplete will be rejected. An exhibitor who submits incorrect or false information may be subject to disciplinary action.
Qualifying Fees
Once an exhibitor and horse combination qualify in at least one class category, the pair is eligible to enter additional World Championship Show qualifying classes for which they are not qualified by paying the standard entry fee, plus an additional $15.00 qualifying fee per class. This option is not available to a horse and exhibitor combination who has not qualified in at least one class.

Exhibitor Incentive
World Show exhibitors can earn unique perks for involving your favorite businesses! Exhibitors who refer sponsors resulting in any combination of $500 or more will receive the following incentives:
- 1 complimentary entry
- 1 complimentary stall
- Priority stall placement
Sponsor must denote exhibitor name at time of payment.
Class Format
The CINCH Medal Horsemanship Finals is a special event hosted in conjunction with the NOHSA World Championship Show. Exhibitors of all ages that placed first or second in an CINCH Medal Horsemanship Qualifying Class at a NOHSA Partner Member Show within the qualifying period of August 2 to August 1 are formally invited to compete in the inaugural CINCH Medal Horsemanship Finals.
All exhibitors in an CINCH Horsemanship Medal Class must hold a current NOHSA Membership and horses must hold a current NOHSA Competition Registration to compete in a CINCH Horsemanship Medal Class. It is the sole responsibility of the exhibitor to be a current member and to make sure their horse is registered with NOHSA. Exhibitors are not required to compete on the same horse with which they qualified; however, exhibitors are required to be NOHSA members and all horses are required to hold a current Competition Registration at the time of competition.
Eligibility
All eligible riders will have received a NOHSA Medal and an invitation at the time of qualification.
Preliminary Round
Should entries warrant, a preliminary round will be held. If there are a total of 15 or less entries, no prelims will be held. All competitors will advance to the finals. If there are a total of 16-30 entries, a preliminary round will be held. Ten exhibitors will be called back to the finals––the top two ranked exhibitors from each of the following divisions; 18 & Under, 19-49, and 50 & Over and the remaining of the top ranked exhibitors. If there are a total of 31 or greater entries, a preliminary round will be held. Twelve exhibitors will be called back to the finals––the top two ranked exhibitors from each of the following divisions; 18 & Under, 19-49, and 50 & Over and the remaining of the top ranked exhibitors.
Payouts and Awards
A total of $1,000 will be awarded, paying up to six places. The CINCH Horsemanship Champion will receive a trophy and the top ten
exhibitors will receive a pair of CINCH Jeans in their favorite size and style.
Camping
C Bar C Expo Center offers 200 electric RV hook-ups with 30 amp and 50 amp service available. Reservations are first-come, first-serve at $45 per space, per night. Guests must check in upon their

Media Policy
Photos of the competition will be available for purchase from the official photographer.
No other photographer will be allowed in the arena during classes. Professional
photography equipment, and cameras with lenses larger than three inches are not
allowed. Professional photographers capturing images for sale, or any persons mass
capturing images for the distribution on social networking sites, are not allowed without
express written permission of the organization and the official photographer. Once
permission is granted, a media pass will be given by the official photographer. Please
reference the NOHSA website for a complete media policy and to request media credentials.
Social media coverage is considered commercial photography or video,
unless provided by a recognized magazine or digital publication, and therefore is
not eligible for press credentials. This includes professional “lifestyle” and/or “influencer”
content creation. Exhibitors have the option of contracting with the official
photographer or videographer for specific coverage during the show or for photo
shoots on the show grounds for advertising and social media distribution.
Photography and Videography Release
National Open Horse Show Association may film and/or photograph spectators, owners,
trainers, exhibitors and horses participating in the NOHSA World Championship Show
to compile publicity, live webcast of the event or for use in promotional materials, as it determines.
By participating, owners, trainers and exhibitors agree that no compensation shall be
due from NOHSA, the NOHSA World Championship Show or any third party for the publication
and/or broadcast of their likeness, picture and name, etc. All participants agree,
understand and acknowledge that official videographers, photographers and mass media
approved by NOHSA have full access to the event at any time. This includes the use of
flashes and other photo and video equipment.
All exhibitors agree and understand and that they should be prepared for official photographers,
videographers and/or approved mass media taping and/or taking pictures of
warm-ups, competition, etc., and upon this condition only are entries accepted.
